A PIECE OF CALIFORNIA DINING HISTORY
Capo fair can be described as modern Italian style cuisine. Homemade pasta, fresh seafood, and fireplace-grilled meats are some of chef/owner Bruce Marder's favorites.
Capo features an award-winning wine list with more than 2,500 selections with superior breadth and depth from many of the world’s classic wine-producing regions. The Wine Spectator has awarded it a Grand Award of Excellence for four consecutive years. Capo’s bar features top end spirits and serves the full menu.
Located near the beach in Santa Monica, this freestanding red-gabled building houses one of the prettiest dining rooms around. It is rustic yet elegant, with high-beamed ceilings, flickering candles, and a brightly burning corner fireplace.
“Capo's wine list is a stunning achievement, painstakingly built over nearly two decades.”
- Harvey Steiman, Wine Spectator -
FROM PABLO PICASSO TO ROY LICHTENSTEIN
